Suresh Rangarajan

Suresh Rangarajan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Suresh is the Founder & CEO of PropEx.ai, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of Colive, your way, a technology-based network platform for shared living and office spaces. Suresh held this role since 2016. Suresh also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited, a real estate development company, from 2008 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they were the President & CEO of TimesofMoney and Vice President at Citigroup.

Suresh Rangarajan completed their education in a chronological manner. Suresh began by obtaining their Grade 12 degree in Accounting and Finance from NSN School in 1989. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Business Management from Madras Christian College in 1989-1990. In the years 1989-1992, Suresh attended Augurchand Manmul Jain College and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Subsequently, they joined The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1992 to 1994 and became a Fellow Chartered Accountant, with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. In 2015-2016, Suresh participated in the Global Executive Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management, further expanding their knowledge in Organizational Leadership. Finally, in 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Yale School of Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
