Beau Palin

Beau Palin is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Colla Health since November 2023, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with severe physical health conditions. Previously, Beau held multiple prominent roles at Eleanor Health from December 2019 to October 2023, including Vice President of Operational Excellence & Strategic Projects, Interim Head of Finance and Accounting, and Principal of Executive Operations and Strategy. Additionally, Beau contributed as a Founder Fellow in Healthcare at Primary Venture Partners in early 2023 and held various positions at McChrystal Group from July 2014 to December 2019, including Project Lead, Project Manager, and Analyst. Beau’s career began with the Warrior-Scholar Project as Assistant Director from June 2012 to June 2014. Beau earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University.
