Luis Fernando Trevisan has extensive experience in business development and management within the telecommunications and contact center sectors. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Collab since August 2018, Luis focuses on delivering comprehensive contact center solutions, leveraging a blend of public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises technologies. Prior to this role, Luis held various positions at Qualco as an Implementation Executive and at Spread Teleinformatica Ltda, where responsibilities included General Manager of Pre-Sales Products and Technical & Commercial Account Manager. Luis began a career in project management at Tim, contributing to projects for Spread from 2001 to 2003.
