Dipen Derashri

Dipen Derashri, CSM has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience spanning over 17 years. Currently, Dipen holds the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Collabera Digital since May 2023. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining a positive employer brand to attract top talent and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.

In terms of certifications, Dipen is Scrum Master Certified (SMC) by Scrum Alliance and holds additional certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA A+, and MCSA/MCSE from Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft respectively.
