Mechello Tiempo

Mechello Tiempo (L.I.O.N) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mechello started working at Gung Ho! Corporate Solutions Inc. in 2015 as an HR Assistant, gaining valuable experience in human resources. In 2016, Mechello joined Convergys as a Customer Service and Technical Support Associate, further developing their customer service skills. Mechello has been with Collabera Digital since 2017, starting as a Recruitment Associate before progressing to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and currently holds the position of Lead Talent Expert. These roles have allowed Mechello to gain expertise in talent acquisition and management.

Mechello Tiempo (L.I.O.N) received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. This education was obtained from 2011 to 2015.
