Kate Williams is currently a PhD student at Flinders University, having embarked on this path in November 2023. Kate brings a wealth of experience as an associate at Ethical Fields and the Collaboration for Impact since November 2022 and July 2022, respectively, where responsibilities include leading complex systems change initiatives and managing business development relationships. Previous roles include co-convener of The Red Shed: Derby Women’s Collective, where Kate facilitated workshops for women to promote social participation, and as Special Project Lead at WINUN NGARI Aboriginal Corporation, managing significant gatherings to foster community connection. Kate's experience also includes project management at World Vision Australia, overseeing youth development programs and international portfolios. In the earlier career, Kate held technical advisory positions related to ecological education and sustainability. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Social Science from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of South Australia.
