Jordan Peterson

Jordan Peterson is the current Chief Property Operations Officer at Collaborative Real Estate. Before that, they were the Vice President at The University Financing Foundation, Inc. (TUFF) from July 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior VP, Corporate Real Estate at BB&T from January 2015 to February 2020 where they lead an organization of 65 internal associates and over 225 dedicated, outsourced personnel in Real Estate Strategy, Portfolio Planning, Relationship Management, Transaction Management, Facility Project and Maintenance Management including Mission Critical sites (Data Centers). Jordan also managed a complex portfolio over 20mm square feet across 2,500 retail, office, and industrial real estate assets across North America with an annual operating budget as high as $550 million and capital budget of $225 million. From January 2013 to December 2015, they were the Senior VP, Facilities Group at BB&T. From January 2011 to December 2013, they were the VP, Corporate Real Estate Relationship Management Group Manager at BB&T. Prior to that, they had various roles at BB&T from June 2006 to December 2011.
