Ida Martikainen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Collaborative Strategies, Inc., Ida focuses on strategic planning, succession planning, and performance management for clients in both business and nonprofit sectors. Previously, as Director of Business Development at Veryable, Ida enhanced operations by leveraging on-demand labor solutions. Ida also held leadership roles at Ellun Kanat, where a new business unit was successfully established, and contributed to significant revenue growth.
