Iris Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in caregiving and support for individuals with diverse needs. Currently serving as a Therapeutic Parent at Omni Visions since September 2008, Iris has effectively cared for eight children over the span of eight years. Through a role as a Specialist in Brain Injury Care with Learning Services, Iris has provided oversight and training to staff while focusing on rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Prior experience as a Direct Care Counselor at the Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled involved offering developmental support to individuals with cerebral palsy. Additionally, Iris began a career in healthcare as a Patient Transporter and Equipment Specialist at Lincoln Medical and Mental Hospital, ensuring the safe transport of patients and equipment.
