Sophie Baudel

Sophie Baudel has extensive experience in satellite telemetry and oceanography, currently serving as a Business Engineer at CLS Group since 2003, where responsibilities include leadership of the Oceanography Services team and project management. Prior to this role, Sophie was a Research Engineer at IRD from 1998 to 2001, focusing on sea surface temperature processing and land cover mapping using satellite data. Sophie's career began at Steria Group from 1990 to 1997, conducting research in military oceanography for the French Navy, particularly in operational ocean model validation. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Toulouse INP and a Master's degree in Remote Sensing and Numerical Imagery from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
