Elza Nazia

Elza Nazia has extensive experience in business development, training, quality management, and customer service across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Collectius since December 2022, Elza focuses on targeting key industries and facilitating the customer transition process. Previous roles include Training and Quality Manager at Teleperformance, and multiple positions at Collectius, where responsibilities included enhancing employee performance and establishing quality assurance systems. Elza's career began in the banking sector, with significant roles at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk and Bank Rakyat Indonesia, alongside early experience at Citi in call center management. Elza holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Trisakti and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Padjadjaran.
