Britta Durtsche

Britta Durtsche is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Learning & Talent at Collective Health since November 2021. Previously, Britta held multiple roles at IDEO from September 2013 to November 2021, including Talent Director and Senior Talent Lead, where responsibilities involved designing inclusive learning programs and co-leading the Experience Team to enhance design thinking practices. Prior to IDEO, Britta contributed to Net Impact from 2010 to August 2013, managing various professional programming initiatives and programs that foster positive societal impact. Additional experience includes roles at Fair Trade Tourism South Africa, Compass Marketing, and Best Buy, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Minnesota.
