Natalie Petersen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalie started their career at INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION INC as a Data Specialist in 2017. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Manager at Snowie, USA. In 2020, they joined America First Credit Union as a Teller IV, and worked there until 2021. In 2021, they served as a Campaign Manager in Highland City, Utah, where they developed campaign strategies, managed budgets, and organized events for a city council candidate. Natalie then transitioned to Collective Health, where they held various roles, including Plan Operations Associate I and II, before assuming their current position as a Senior Operations Associate. In this role, they lead change management initiatives and collaborates cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
