Brenda Hardt, MBA, MHA has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Brenda began their career in 2001 as an Administrative Assistance and Medical Biller at the Child Crisis Center. In 2004, they took on the role of Customer Service Team Leader at CompuGroup Medical US. Brenda then moved to the role of Implementation Manager at CompuGroup Medical US in 2005. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at MDS Medical. In 2012, they joined athenahealth as a Hospital Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for building and managing client relationships in book of business to achieve goals including Net Promoter Score, Revenue, and KPIs through a consultative approach. In 2021, they joined Collective Medical as a Customer Success Manager, Hospital and Provider Systems.

Brenda Hardt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Brenda also obtained a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2021. Hardt also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family & Human Development from Arizona State University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they hold two certifications: Project Management Fundamentals from South Mountain Community College, obtained in July 2010, and Crystal Reports Advanced from Excutive Training Solutions, obtained in September 2005.
