Emily Gracey has over 5 years of professional experience in customer success, health coaching, and primary care innovations. Emily has been employed at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company since 2020, where they have held the roles of Sr. Manager, Customer Success, Manager, Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they were employed at CareOregon from 2018 to 2020 as a Primary Care Innovations Specialist. Additionally, they were employed at Asante from 2015 to 2018 as a Health Coach.

Emily Gracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Emily also holds a Green Belt Certification (GB) in Healthcare from Lean Healthcare West, which they obtained in April 2019.
