Marissa Chong

Marissa Chong has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Marissa began their career at CR England as a Business Analyst/QA Intern. In this role, they acted as a liaison between IT and business end-users during the transition into new systems, provided systems documentation, requirements gathering, data mapping, and analysis to facilitate developer projects, and followed through with developer support. Marissa also completed ad hoc QA projects involving documenting discrepancies, monitoring data flow, and streamlining redundant processes. In 2013, they moved to eXperticity as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2015, they joined USANA Health Sciences as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later International Team Lead (QA). In 2017, they joined SoFi as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Engineer in Test at Collective Medical.

Marissa Chong attended Neumont College of Computer Science from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technology Management. Her field of study was Computer Science.
