Ricardo Salmeron

Ricardo Salmeron is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in client management, performance improvement, and leadership development. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Collective Solution since December 2016, Ricardo has successfully managed multiple customer service campaigns and implemented performance incentive structures. Previously, as Operations Manager at STARTEK, responsibilities included leadership coaching, KPI analysis, and strategic scheduling. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead, focusing on team engagement and performance plans, and as a Customer Service Representative at Myron Manufacturing.
