Rochelle Eala

Rochelle Eala is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing teams and enhancing operational efficiency across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Philippine Operations at Collective Solution since February 2022, Rochelle has held senior positions such as Director of Operations at TaskUs Philippines and Vice President of Operations Support at Transcom. Previous roles include Operations Director at Capital One, Site Leader at Convergys, and Manager of Operations at Convergys Corporation. Rochelle began professional career in human resources as Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Millenium Holdings. An alumna of Miriam College and the University of Santo Tomas, Rochelle holds degrees in Communication Arts.
