Shehla Mushtaq

Shehla Mushtaq has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shehla began their career in 1999 as the Division Director of International Engineering at Pearson Government Solutions. In 2006, they moved to Vangent, Inc. as the VP of Engineering and UAE, where they managed the UAE business and oversaw Software/System Engineering and IT functions in 7 worldwide locations. In 2011, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as the VP of International Program Management, where they held ownership of QA oversight for UK and Canada programs, Program Management of the Health IT business strategy, and PMO, Software Engineering and IT. In 2014, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as the Senior IT Director of Program Management and also sought a technical leadership role as VP, Global Program Management and IT. In 2015, they joined Interfaith Circle - Eden Prairie Community Foundation as the President Interfaith Circle. In 2016, they joined Social Enterprise Alliance as the Board Co-Chair and SHIFT as the Board Vice Chair. Finally, in 2017, they joined Collectivity Cooperative as the COO, providing capacity building tools and expert services in an all-inclusive affordable monthly subscription service.

Shehla Mushtaq obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Shehla also obtained A-Levels in Math from KGS and attended NED University of Engineering and Technology.
