Elisabeth Risberg

Elisabeth Risberg has extensive experience in customer service and claims management, currently serving as a Handläggare på Kundkontakter at Collectum since June 2018, specializing in kollektivavtalad Tjänstepension. Prior to this role, Elisabeth worked at Europeiska ERV from March 2014 to June 2018 as part of the Claims & Customer Service team, handling a wide range of inquiries through phone and email. Elisabeth also gained valuable experience through internships in travel consulting at Scandinavian Perspectives AB, Fritidsresor, and HRG, alongside earlier work as an Optician Assistant at Specsavers. Elisabeth is a graduate of Frans Schartaus Business Institute, obtaining a TRAC diploma in 2013.
