Samuel Yousef

Samuel Yousef currently serves as a Systemspecialist at Collectum since September 2020, focusing on updating XML schema requirements for payroll systems used in reporting insurance events within the ITP module, as well as engaging in process automation through RPA. Prior to this role, Samuel gained experience in customer service and support positions, including a role as a Handläggare at Workz Sweden AB and customer service at Swedavia AB. Additional experience includes serving as an Airport Officer for SAS and a Vårdbitäde for Karlshamns kommun. Samuel is pursuing a Högskoleexamen in Byggteknik och design at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, having previously studied at the same institution and completed a Gymnasieexamen in Design och produktutveckling at Thorildsplan Gymnasium.
