James Cullen

James Cullen has over 25 years of experience in construction management and business development. James is currently serving as the Chief of Construction for College Achieve Public Schools, where they oversee large-scale projects and capital improvements. In their role, they collaborate with the CAPS Board, Building Committee, and Executive Directors to lead school development and construction projects from property acquisition to design and closeout. Prior to their current position, James worked at the Cornelius Group as a Principal, leading various projects including school expansions and adaptive reuse projects. James also had experience in business development at Russian Petroleum Investor, where they completed numerous projects for private and public entities.

James Cullen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. James also pursued studies in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Denver.
