Chad Kendall

Chad Kendall has extensive experience in marketing, analytics, and strategic planning across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Acquisition Marketing at College Ave Student Loans since January 2018, responsibilities include generating customers and accounts through direct marketing activities. Prior roles include Vice President and Managing Director at Springleaf Financial Services, where accountability for digital marketing campaign analytics and optimization was key, and Director positions at Capital One Home Loans, overseeing digital marketing and analytics, as well as integrating marketing programs after the acquisition of ING DIRECT. Early career experiences include roles at ING Direct, Advanta Corporation, Cross Country Bank, and First USA, with a focus on risk management, business development, and financial analysis. Chad Kendall holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
