Cathy Black

Cathy Black has diverse experience in education and support roles, currently serving as the Scholarship and Financial Aid Coordinator at College Now Greater Cleveland since August 2021, following a position as an AmeriCorps Career Pathway Coach at the same organization from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at RENHILL GROUP INC., where Cathy supervised children in a preschool setting and assisted with lessons and classroom management. Additional roles include serving as a Substitute Teacher for Riverside Local Schools and Painesville City Local School District and various customer service positions. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Applied Conflict Management from Kent State University and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Lakeland Community College.
