Florence Wong

Florence Wong has a robust background in actuarial analysis and underwriting, currently serving as an Actuarial Analyst and previously as an Underwriting Analyst at Western Health Advantage since August 2016. Responsibilities include preparing financial reporting and managing Reinsurance Contracts. Prior to this role, Florence accumulated over 13 years of experience at Safeco Insurance, progressing from a Personal Lines & Specialty Lines Underwriter to Senior Portfolio Underwriter, where expertise in data analysis and profitability initiatives was developed. Additionally, Florence served as a Quality Assurance Auditor & Trainer, conducting audits and training new staff. Florence holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Iowa, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
