Karen Bennett

Karen Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a Plan Benefits Operations Specialist at Western Health Advantage since April 2012, Karen is responsible for researching and implementing benefit changes while enhancing operational efficiencies across various departments. Previously, Karen held the role of Marketing Project Manager, managing the organization's brand standards and overseeing creative projects. Additional experience includes graduating from Leadership Sacramento's Class of 2012 and working as an Art Director and Communications Director for various organizations. Karen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree and an Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from California State University-Sacramento, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Fine Art from Sierra College.
