Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres is a Digital Marketing Analyst at Western Health Advantage since December 2018, with extensive experience in military intelligence and language analysis. Currently serving as a Chief Cryptologic Technician (Interpretive) in the U.S. Navy Reserve since August 2016, Manuel previously held the role of Language Analyst in the US Navy from August 2010 to August 2016, where responsibilities included directing teams in translating and reporting communications, managing high-priority intelligence targets, and contributing to published reports in the Presidential Daily Brief.
