Erin Ebersole, EdD, currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Planning, Institutional Effectiveness, and Research at the College of Southern Maryland while also holding the position of Adjunct Instructor. With extensive experience in institutional research and effectiveness, Erin has been involved with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education as a Self-Study Team Member since 2014 and teaches an online Introduction to Psychology course at Alvernia University. Prior roles include Major Gift Officer at California Lutheran University, Director of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness at Immaculata University, and Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at Alvernia University. Education credentials include an Ed.D. in Higher Education from Immaculata University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Psychology from Alvernia University.
