Brian L. Barroso

Brian L. Barroso, MBA, currently serves as the North Carolina West DEI Champion and Retail Area Leader II at Truist since January 2020. In addition, Brian is an Adjunct Professor of Business at both Saint Leo University and The College of the Florida Keys, teaching various business courses and ensuring adherence to academic standards. Brian has also held significant roles within community organizations, including as a 2nd Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3652 and a Student Mentor for Take Stock in Children of Monroe County. Previously, Brian served as Area Governor for Rotary District 6990, Vice President/Market Leader VI at BB&T, Secretary/Treasurer for the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, and Assistant Vice President at First State Bank of the Florida Keys. Brian holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, and has pursued extensive education in banking and business administration.
