William R. Osborne serves as a Professor of Biblical and Theological Studies at the College of the Ozarks since May 2012 and is also an Outside PhD Supervisor/Reader at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary since August 2018. Previously, William held the position of Visiting Lecturer at Tyndale Theological Seminary for a semester in 2019, teaching Old Testament Survey. William's editorial experience includes serving as Editor for the Journal for the Evangelical Study of the Old Testament from September 2011 to January 2019 and working as a Freelance Copyeditor for B&H Academic from May 2011 to May 2015. Additionally, William has international experience as a Faculty Member/Missionary at Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary from July 2008 to June 2009 and worked as Assistant Director of Campus Ministries at the University of the Cumberlands from July 2006 to June 2008. William holds a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carson-Newman University.
