Paul Spilker

Paul Spilker has extensive experience in leadership and communication within both religious and corporate settings. Currently serving as the Lead Executive Pastor at College Park Church in Indianapolis since July 2008, Paul oversees the implementation of the church's vision and leads the Directional Team of Pastors and Directors. Previous roles at College Park Church include Executive Director of Ministries & Operations and Executive Director of Communication & Staff Development, focusing on staff growth, strategic communications, and operational leadership. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Training Consultant at Aprimo, providing training on enterprise marketing software, and was a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where education was obtained, culminating in a Master's degree in Organizational Communication & Behavior.
