Malorie Mayner is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a focus on improving learning outcomes through innovative teaching methods. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Texas A&M AgriLife, responsibilities include the creation and migration of online courses for employee development. Concurrently, as a Grade 1 Teacher at College Station ISD, Malorie develops interactive lesson plans aligned with Common Core standards and implements tiered personalized instruction. Previous experiences include roles as an Extended Day Teacher at St. Thomas Early Learning Center, where Malorie designed advanced lesson plans, and as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Lake Fenton Community Schools, focusing on student engagement and support. Malorie is currently enhancing skills in instructional design through the Applied Instructional Design Academy while holding a degree from Texas A&M University.
