Saurabh Kaloya

Saurabh Kaloya has a diverse work experience in various roles. Saurabh started their career at CarDekho as an Automotive Consultant and later became a Senior Sales Consultant. During this time, they contacted customers, made sales appointments, and worked with associates to drive product sales. Saurabh then joined Oto.com as a Web Content Specialist, where they wrote creative content about automobiles and utilized SEO guidelines to increase web traffic. After that, they worked at Stellarix Consultancy Services as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on lead generation, marketing, and building relationships with clients. Following this, they joined CollegeDekho as an Academic Counselor, where they provided counseling to students, managed sales pipeline, and identified student's needs. Saurabh then progressed to the role of Senior Subject Matter Expert, where they counseled students, coordinated with clients, and managed admissions and delivery communications. Finally, they served as an Associate Manager at CollegeDekho, where they provided coaching to team members, performed team building exercises, and analyzed counseling skills.

Saurabh Kaloya completed their B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they received training in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Careers India Jobs in the year 2010-2011. In addition to their formal education, Saurabh has obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in September 2021, and Foundations of Project Management from LinkedIn Learning in July 2021.
