Robert Purks

Robert Purks is an experienced technical writer and web development specialist with a strong background in documentation and online marketing. Currently at CollegeNET since May 2014, Robert develops and maintains Help Desk documentation for ApplyWeb SaaS products and manages marketing communications. Previous roles include Web Design and Marketing Analyst at Museum Tour, where Robert focused on web marketing strategies, and Communications Assistant at US Fish and Wildlife Service, where Robert revamped the official website. Educationally, Robert holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and Creative Writing from UNC Wilmington.
