Geanette Treadway

As a first generation college graduate, Geanette brings passion and enthusiasm for CollegeSpring’s mission, along with a wealth of nonprofit experience in finance, human resources, strategic planning and organizational leadership.

Prior to CollegeSpring, she served as a Chief Financial Officer in the health improvement industry, where system transformation and advancing equity was a key priority. Before that, she was the Director of Financial Planning for a $250M healthcare delivery system and also served as Board Treasurer for a national association. Over the course of her career, Geanette has led all aspects of finance and accounting, grant management, merger and acquisition activities, human resources, operations, business development, and strategic planning.

Geanette holds an MBA from Husson University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Southern Maine.
