Caroline Johansson has a diverse background with extensive experience in the learning and development field. Caroline began their career as an intern at PPC S.A. in 2006. Following this, Caroline joined Samsari in 2007 as a Junior Project Manager and Script Writer, working with clients such as Volvo Trucks, Inter IKEA Systems B.V., and Ericsson. Caroline gradually progressed within Samsari, eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager and Learning Designer, where they led complex projects for clients including H&M, SEB, and Ericsson.

In 2015, Caroline transitioned to Ericsson as an Instructional Designer. In this role, they spearheaded the creation and innovation of learning solutions, designed global and strategic programs, and led change management initiatives. Caroline was also instrumental in increasing awareness and competence in impact measurement and learning design, coaching team members and cooperating on relevant projects.

Most recently, Caroline joined Collegial in 2019, initially serving as the Head of Learning Experience before being promoted to the role of Chief Learning Officer in 2021. Their responsibilities at Collegial include overseeing the organization's learning initiatives and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all.

Throughout their career, Caroline Johansson has consistently demonstrated their expertise in learning and development, project management, and team leadership. Their work experience showcases their ability to drive successful outcomes and deliver impactful learning solutions across diverse audiences.

Caroline Johansson began their education in the year 2000 at the University of Westminster, where they focused on English Language and Literature in a general sense. In 2001, they attended the Université Paris-Sorbonne, where they studied French Language and Literature for a brief period. Continuing their educational journey, Caroline enrolled at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Organisation and Leadership. In 2006, they also attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for a short duration, specializing in CRM, CSR, corporate sustainability, entrepreneurship, and product innovation.
