Barbora Szabova

Barbora Szabova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Barbora is currently the Head of Operations at Collegiate AC, a position they have held since November 2021. Previously, Barbora worked at Amro Partners as an Associate Director from March 2019 to November 2021, and as a Senior Asset Manager from December 2015 to March 2019, where they were involved in real estate development projects. Prior to that, they worked at Greystar Europe Holdings Ltd. as an HR Administrator from January 2014 to December 2015, assisting in the development of the people strategy for Nido Student Living. Barbora began their professional career at New York University, where they held roles as the Prague Institute for Democracy, Economy, and Culture Coordinator from March 2013 to November 2013, and as a Property Manager from October 2010 to November 2013. As a Property Manager, they handled various tasks such as tenant complaints, property maintenance, renovations, and emergency response. Overall, Barbora Szabova has demonstrated expertise in operations, asset management, HR, and property management throughout their career.

Barbora Szabova completed a Human Resource Practice CIPD Certificate from London South Bank University in 2016. Prior to that, they studied History/International Relations at Charles University from 2010 to 2013. Barbora'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010.

In addition to their academic background, Barbora has obtained several certifications. Barbora is a certified First Aid Trainer from Tigerlily First Aid Training in Hampshire, which they obtained in May 2018. Barbora also completed Fire Safety Training as a Fire Marshal from Siren - First Aid and Fire Safety in 2016. Other certifications include Freedom for Managed from ADP in 2015 and IELTS from International House in January 2014.
