Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in user services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Collegis Education since April 2023, Craig previously held the position of Director of User Services at Knox College from February 2008 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of user support within the Information Technology department. Prior roles at Knox College included User Services Specialist and IT Services Technician, focusing on enhancing teaching and learning through technology and maintaining various IT infrastructures. Craig's career began as a Technician at TriLutions Computer Center from February 1999 to February 2008, addressing a range of technical issues for both residential and business clients. Craig holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Carl Sandburg College, completed in 2001, and is a graduate of Galesburg High School, class of 1998.
