Peter Rosen

Peter is an Execution Partner responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of investments. Peter is based in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2016, Peter worked for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, where he was responsible for fund level and transactional tax structuring. Peter started his career with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, where he advised on tax matters.

Peter has an AB in Politics from Princeton University and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
