Rani Swords

Rani is the firm’s Head of Talent Management, responsible for HR and talent management. Rani is based in the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2019, Rani worked for Jefferies International, as International Head of Human Resources based in London for five years and previous to this was based in Hong Kong as the Head of Human Resources, Asia.

During her 15 years in Asia, Rani also worked in Human Resources with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Rani graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Government from the University of Sydney.
