Lachlan MacGillivray

Lachlan MacGillivray is a seasoned professional in the retail real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Retail Capital Markets for Asia Pacific and Head of Retail Investment Services for Australia at Colliers since October 2007. With a specialization in the sale of major shopping centres, Lachlan has managed transactions exceeding $20 billion and has significantly contributed to the market, with their team handling 83% of retail assets valued over $100 million in 2019 alone. Prior to Colliers, Lachlan gained experience in retail leasing at Allard & Shelton from October 1998 to September 2007. Lachlan holds a full real estate license from RMIT University and completed VCE at Brighton Grammar School in 1997.
