Stephen Wall

Stephen Wall is a seasoned professional in real estate and asset management, currently serving as Director of Portfolio Management and previously as General Manager and Senior Property Manager at Colliers since 2014. Prior experience includes ownership of Wall Capital Management Inc. from 2000 to 2016 and serving as Asset Manager at Cowie Capital Partners Inc. between 2003 and 2014, specializing in managing a diverse portfolio encompassing office, industrial, development land, and self-storage interests. Additionally, Stephen managed a residential portfolio of approximately 1,000 rental units at Wall Real Estate Inc. from 1995 to 2003, overseeing various operational aspects. Educational qualifications include multiple designations from REIC, a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA, a Real Estate Broker designation from the Ontario Real Estate Association, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto.
