Dustin Kaap

Dustin Kaap is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Supplier Designed Equipment for Fuel/Actuation Products at Collins Aerospace since November 2017. Dustin's responsibilities include leading product team leaders in managing the life cycle of supplier designed products for Pratt & Whitney engines. Prior roles at UTC Aerospace Systems encompassed program management for REACh compliance, systems project leadership for COMAC C919 hardware configurations, and project lead positions focusing on aircraft generator control units and emergency power systems development. Dustin began their career at Hamilton Sundstrand, where achievements included enhancing test yields for the Airbus A320 Ram Air Turbine. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
