Jacy Haefke

Jacy Haefke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Collins Aerospace since November 2018, Jacy previously held senior HR positions at Rockwell Collins from December 2006 to November 2018, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Director of Diversity & Workforce Effectiveness. Responsibilities encompassed transforming learning and organizational development programs, driving workforce effectiveness, and overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals, where Jacy focused on leadership development and career advancement, as well as owning Haefke Consulting Services. Jacy holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
