Lita Donaldson

Lita Donaldson is a Senior Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace since September 2018, with extensive experience in software quality and process improvements within the aerospace industry. Previously, Lita served as a Software Quality Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins from July 2010, supporting aerospace programs through compliance and lean engineering practices. Other roles include Software Quality Engineer at Aerotek, Quality Systems Engineer at Cisco Systems, and Software Quality Engineer and Manager at Raytheon Company. Lita holds two B.S. degrees in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
