Jack Ellenor

Jack Ellenor, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as Design Group Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. since June 2020, Jack has previously held positions at AMSEC LLC as Engineer 4, and at Collins Engineers, Inc. as Engineer II. Jack's career trajectory also includes roles as a Structural Engineer at MCPHERSON DESIGN GROUP, Bridge Inspection Engineer at Clark Nexsen, and structural engineering positions at MMM Design Group. Additionally, Jack has significant project management experience from tenure at Heard Concrete Construction and AGM Development Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from Old Dominion University, as well as an Associate of Science in Engineering from Tidewater Community College.
