Adam Pretorius

Adam Pretorius has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2023 to the present, they have been the Head of Supply Chain and Marketing at Collins Foods Limited. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain at the same company from April to November 2023.

Before joining Collins Foods Limited, Adam worked at Amazon as a Site Leader from May 2021 to April 2023. Adam was responsible for overseeing site operations during their tenure.

From 2017 to 2021, Adam worked at Coles in various roles. Adam was the State Manager - Coles Express from February 2019 to May 2021, and prior to that, they held the position of State Manager - Liquor from October 2017 to January 2019.

As for their earlier experience, Adam's roles include Director of Operations at Allegro Funds Pty Ltd from September 2016 to September 2017, National Operations Manager - Pizza Hut at Yum! Restaurants International from July 2015 to August 2016, and Global Category Supply Chain Leader at Yum! Restaurants International from June 2012 to July 2015. Adam Pretorius completed a Bachelor of Science (Sports Science) degree at Edith Cowan University from 1997 to 2002. Adam then pursued a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply from 2014 to 2019, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Business (Finance) degree from Edith Cowan University from 1997 to 2002.
