Jon Park

Jon Park has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Jon worked at Collinson Grant as a Human Resources Specialist and Interim HR Director, where they provided consultancy and advisory support to clients. Jon also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of HR for a pawnbrokers and money services business. Additionally, Jon worked at Icopal (UK) as the Head of Human Resources, focusing on consolidation and production optimization. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Hepworth Minerals & Chemicals, leading a team in upgrading HR support and achieving cost efficiencies through an internal efficiency program. Jon also managed acquisitions and disposals and had experience in industrial relations management.

Jon Park obtained an MSc in Human Resources Management from The University of Salford, where they focused on linking HR activity to business improvement/enhancement. Prior to that, they completed a HND in Business Studies with a specialization in Personnel Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
