Eileen Stephens has extensive work experience in marketing and product management. Eileen is currently working as the Marketing Director at Valuedynamx since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Product & B2B Marketing at Collinson from 2015 to 2020, where they led the strategy and execution of product UX design, developed new propositions, and managed go-to-market plans. Before joining Collinson, Eileen worked as the Head of Marketing at BetStone Systems UK from 2013 to 2015, where they developed and implemented the company's marketing strategy globally. Eileen also served as a Senior Marketing Manager at BetStone from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Eileen has experience working at Microsoft as a Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Programme Manager, and at Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board as a Marketing Manager. Eileen started their career as an Account Manager at Pulse Group, where they managed marketing campaigns and product launches for various clients.

Eileen Stephens has a degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Limerick, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Eileen also holds a Diploma in Journalism & Media from the Communications and Management Institute in Ireland, earned during the period of 2010 to 2011. Additionally, in 2020, Eileen completed a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group. Eileen has also obtained the Managing Excellence Programme certification from The Institute of Leadership & Management in 2021.
