Chrystal Waite

Chrystal Waite currently serves as the Director of Integrations and Centralized Operations at CollisionRight, a position held since February 2021. In this role, Chrystal partners with Operational Leadership to drive growth in Central Close and Review, enhance integration processes, and improve onsite teammate training experiences. Prior to this, Chrystal was the Central Close Manager at CollisionRight LLC, overseeing two locations and occasionally traveling to assist teams in the Midwest. Chrystal's career at Bonnell's Auto Group spanned from July 2009 to February 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Financial Controller and Office Manager/HR.
